Craft: personalised candles

cnaldes peace love

This little DIY project is a really easy way to personalise candles for a little present of just for your own home.

What you need: votive, tissue paper, rub-on stencils or a pen (and a steady hand), glue.

What to do: Cover the votive in glue and wrap tissue paper around it. If it creases, don’t worry – I think this adds to the effect. Then stencil or draw your words of choice, light the candle and… nest in peace.
