Hello Kitty at Liberty

It was only a matter of time before the world’s coolest fabric house snapped up the world’s cutest feline. Joining forces with Liberty, Kitty is back, and looking uber stylish for A/W 2011.

Find her nestling among autumnal apples, swinging in crazy Kitty Town, rocking out at her favourite music festival or communing with nature as she emerges from a giant psychedelic flower.

There are five designs to choose from, at £21 per metre, available in stores from September 26th, or for pre-order online now at liberty.co.uk.

The Dining Room at Liberty

Liberty have just opened a new one-stop-shop for all-things-foodie, aptly named The Dining Room at Liberty. It is full of covetable ceramics and cool kitchen things by some of my favourite designers – including Rob Ryan, Quail (of animal egg cup fame) and Emma Bridgewater, who has done a new collection exclusive to The Dining Room called Splatter.

They also have a cute range of animal-shaped chopping boards called Down on the Farm, which are my personal favourites – specifically, Carmen the Sheep.

If you are in London, it is definitely worth swinging by, and if not you can get most of it online at liberty.co.uk.

New season fabrics at Liberty

Each new season brings its own stellar collaborations, and Liberty‘s new springtime prints are right up there. From wrought-iron inspired florals by artist Lauren Child to wistful faded roses by illustrator Jane Ray, the collection reaches far and wide… and, as you would expect, when it comes to colour and detail, the sky’s the limit.

Other designers include Quentin Blake, David McKee and Emma Chichester Clark.

Liberty of London + Target

Just when I thought Liberty couldn’t squeeze in another amazing collaboration, they prove me wrong. The Liberty of London for Target range is finally here and looks even better than I’d hoped; above are my top picks.

Apart from cups, plant pots, candles, tops and dresses and other homey things, the range also features some really funky DIY products,  including colourful gardening gloves and a wonderful retro watering can.

But my favourite piece has to be the piggy bank with his cute floral rump.

MAC + Liberty
